A list rarely helps me, I think limited daily budget pushes you to buy just necessities needed right away)
One more idea! Only limited sum of money)) E.g. 100 hrv. If you take a bottle of Cola, or a packet of crisps, it won´t be enough money for meat or butter.

I think that you need to pay more attantion to IT terminology in your studying English.
Absolutely agree. The most problem is preparing. But we have no choice.
